+ 3 years of audited Financial Statements, with corresponding notes. For cases of less than 1 million USD, financial statements may be signed by an external firm with detailed accounting notes.

+ Partial financial statements for the most recent period.

+ References from banks and suppliers, 2 each.

+ Brief company description (operations, structure, stockholders).

+ Copy of the invoice or purchase order.
