ING. JAVIER SORDIA SALINAS  
Has a Master Degree in Control Processes from the I.T.E.S.M. and a Master in Business Direction of the I.P.A.D.E. in Mexico D.F. With over 15 years of experience in the Banking System in Bancrecer becoming the Regional Credits Direction as well as the Retail Trade Banking Direction. Has studied diverse seminars, such Spanish Banking seminar in Santander, Spain, Payment Media in Paris, France and Frankfurt, Germany, as well as Corporate Finances with Lehman Brothers in New York and the Trade Financing Solutions Seminar Export-Import Bank Of The United States.

ING. ENRIQUE CASTILLA ISLAS
Has a Finance MBA from the I.T.E.S.M. and over 20 years of experience in the business sector of Mexico working with companies such as Cydsa, Alpha and Protexa. Has studied diverse national and international courses and finance seminars. Has participated in the financial structuring of integral infrastructure projects for Mexico, such as highway projects and the oil industry, through negotiations with diverse international and national institutions, to obtain resources through debt and capital, as well as offers and negotiations with the public sector C:F:E., PEMEX, AND S.H.C.P.
